After change in management food quality has gone down as well as portions. The ribs I got are no longer cooked as a rack of ribs but seem to be frozen and microwaved as they all come individually. Two out of 3 ribs were overcooked and super dry and chewy, one of them was still bloody. We ordered the barbecue plate and instead of what that item has always been they gave me a box full of stuff that I can't stand. It used to be 4 ribs, a pile of smoked brisket, cup of Mac n cheese, cup of beans, and a link. Now it is 3 ribs, half a boudin sausage, a cup of potato salad and beans. When I brought it back they replaced my order but also seemed to just be annoyed with me and instead of apologizing they made excuses, claiming the menu change was announced on the Facebook group when it wasn't. The food I got yesterday was garbage tier and I left spending the same money I used to to still be hungry and disappointed. This place used to be good, we would get the barbecue plate every Thursday for months.
Great food at a great price. Can't beat the burger bag. Also the sirloin steak sandwich is definitely worth the money.
